Peter has taught at numerous Yoga Journal conferences, and continues to teach workshops and teacher trainings throughout North and Central America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Peter lives and teaches in San Luis Obispo, California.

Carly’s extremely popular Mindfulness Yin Yoga classes and workshops have developed out of her intensive Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation Training at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California.
This program has deepened Carly's grounding in the philosophy and practice of both yoga and Buddhism. Sarah Powers, Jack Kornfield and Paul Grilley have been some of her most influential teachers.
Carly’s style provides her students with a range of mindfulness-based philosophy woven through the asana practice.
With warmth and encouragement, Carly provides a safe and nurturing environment for her students to explore the deep physical, emotional and energetic releases possible with a yin style practice.
